π¦ Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? You can expect your order to arrive within a total of 4 to 7 days from the day you place it. This includes our handling time of 1 to 2 business days and a transit time of 3 to 5 days.
How much does shipping cost, and who is your carrier? We offer a reliable flat-rate shipping fee of Β£3.99 GBP for all orders. All deliveries are handled safely and securely by our partner, DPD.
Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DPD tracking number. Please allow between 12 and 24 hours for your tracking link to become active.
What should I do if my order is delayed or missing? If your order has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact DPD directly first using your tracking details. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact us immediately so we can investigate for you.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched yet. For the fastest response, please call us directly at +44 131 449 4004 during our opening hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT). If the order has already left our facility, you will need to receive the package and process a standard return.
π Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the furniture item must be ready for reselling and completely free from any scratches, damage, or modifications by the customer.
Who pays for return shipping? The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, and the initial Β£3.99 GBP shipping cost is not refunded. We prefer and strongly advise that customers use a tracked and payable shipping carrier to ensure the safe return of the item.
